ACCOUNT DIRECTOR - JOVANKA RISTICH, founder of IPR, has over 25 years public relations and marketing experience in the field of travel and leisure gained through consultancy services, in-house with a tourist board and a wide range of project work in the UK. This responsibility and experience has resulted in not only the development of an extensive contact list within both the media and travel trade but also a wealth of experience in proactively delivering marketing campaigns.
DIGITAL MANAGER - GEORGE RISTICH is a project management and consultant professional with over 30 years customer facing work experience. He has delivered many high value consulting engagements and projects in retail, banking, insurance, manufacturing, government and telecommunications sectors.
ACCOUNT MANAGER - SAMANTHA KIRTON is an experienced PR professional with a career spanning 12 years combined public relations, marketing and sales. Her PR agency background is complemented by her marketing experience, which includes an Advanced Certificate with the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) and over three years working for one of the UK's leading travel marketing companies. She brings a wealth of travel and tourism experience incorporating airlines, tourist boards (including Hong Kong and New Zealand), luxury safari camps and hotels.
HAYDEN ALLEN-VERCOE is CIM qualified and has 15 years of experience in both online and offline marketing. In 2005 he set up Orbital Media with Peter Brady. For the past 6 years Hayden has focused his attention on the online marketing arena, most notably within social media. Hayden has trained over 100 individuals in many facets of social media and is regularly called as a key note speaker at social media marketing think tanks and conferences. Hayden is well travelled and owns one of the UKs leading luxury blogs, Lussorian.com
ROWENA CARR-ALLINSON started her career at the Financial Times. She also did sports reporting and produced interactive content for Sony Pictures. Rowena’s articles have appeared in the UK, Canada, US, South Africa and Australia – in the Toronto Star, London’s Metro, Harpers Bazaar, ELLE, OK! Magazine, Brides and Wedding Ideas. Recent projects have included contributing to the 1001 Escapes coffee table book and becoming CNTraveller.com's first travelling blogger.
ALASTAIR HERBERT founded Linguabrand in 2007 after a career both as marketing director and strategy consultant. He’s worked on brands across Europe, in the Middle East, as well as Australia and the USA. His love of data combines with a deep affection for words, making him well-placed to help clients create and deliver words that sell better - consistently. He holds a masters in international business, as well as a degree in marketing, he’s a regular speaker on brand language and verbal identity.
KATIE KING is a strategic marketing expert and social media trainer with the Social Media Academy in London. She founded Zoodikers, a PR & social media agency, and has consulted and trained corporate organisations, small businesses, agencies and journalists all over the UK. For more than two decades Katie has advised many blue chip brands on their communications strategies. Katie was a Director at a leading global PR agency Text 100 for 8 years, before setting up her first agency in 2002.
STEVE LEAVESLEY started as a radio presenter back in 1983 and, after working on and for some on the UK's largest radio stations/groups, he set up Radio Lynx in 1994. The aim was to allow PR's and brands to get unrivalled radio coverage by organising interviews, promotions and outside broadcasts (OB). Steve has broadcast from around the world on national and regional stations and has been instrumental in driving down the costs of doing OBs, making this type of activity accessible for all. He has produced over 1,800 videos including 634 pieces of travel related content for tourist boards and destinations as well as creating some of the most downloaded travel iPhone apps in the market.
STEVAN POPOVICH has 20 years experience in working with tour operators. He combines extensive product knowledge of destinations and programmes with a special understanding of contrasting European cultures and languages. Stevan speaks 7 languages fluently.
