This is the first time that the Zambezi Safari and Travel Company has designed its own bespoke, escorted tours, offering guests the peace of mind of travelling with a reputable company and one-stop-shop for their entire trip. Zambezi Big Cat Diary safari, 5 nights from £1,936 – From a private bush home in the Lemek hills, far from the tourist trail and within the 70,000 acre Mara North Conservancy area, head out on privately guided adventures with Jackson Looseyia, famous for his appearances on the BBC’s Big Cat Diaries.
The house sleeps from two to six guests with two spacious double en suite bedrooms and a third attic room,complete with its own staff and chef.
The safari is exclusively available for two dates in October (1st and 17th), perfectly timed at the end of the busy summer holidays and before the rains.
The trip is being offered at a special price of £1,936 per person including:
- Accommodation
- All meals, drinks and laundry
- Activities
- Jackson Looseyia as your private guide for the entire period in your own vehicle
- Parks fees and conservancy fees
The price does not include international flights, which cost from £750 per person.
Zambezi mobile safari through Southern Africa, 10 nights, from £5,000 - The 11-day trip traverses two spectacular areas of Zimbabwe and Botswana, home to some of the most magnificent wildlife and breath-taking scenery in Africa, harking back to the original meaning of the word ‘safari’, or ‘journey’. With a small group of four to eight guests, a private guide and vehicle and access to private concessions, the itinerary offers an exclusive glimpse into the expeditions of old.
Accommodation is in a mix of luxury safari camps and walk-in canvas tents, designed in the early explorer style with rich teak director chairs, bedside tables with reading lamps, bathrobes and comfortable beds to sink into after each day’s adventure.
There are two departure dates for 2012, 1st October and 17th October.
The safari costs from £5,000 per person – saving £150 per person – including:
- Accommodation on a sharing basis
- 2 nights at the Victoria Falls on a bed and breakfast basis
