Who are trade partners?
- As an international tourist board destination:
- airlines (domestic/international)
- UK tour operators who sell your destination
- ground product in destination: car rental, accommodation, tour operators
- complementary destinations, product in your country
- complementary destinations globally (stopovers or similar product)
- Building relationships/partners in promotions ie helping each other to achieve mutual aims eg. getting fact box credits in editorial round ups, news releases and in campaigns
- Liaison with trade partners to make your media/PR budget for further eg. providing FOC flights and accommodation for media trips and promotions.
